We are looking for an experienced VoIP Cloud Engineer to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy new VoIP PBXs (3CX based)
  • Handle incidents and requests according to the established SLAs
  • Provide engineering support of a VoIP network infrastructure, including voice routing design and configuration
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales engineering support by email, telephone
  • Provide cross-training and mentoring across to business customers & resellers
  • Interface with peer network operators to investigate and resolve day-to-day trouble tickets
  • Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation (network design, SOPs, User Guides, etc.) to support current procedures and processes
  • Serve as an escalated level 2 resource for trouble tickets and work orders for network services and voice network infrastructure devices
  • Design and deploy network infrastructure elements
  • Ability to work in shifts (09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 13:00-21:00)

Job requirements

Must Have

  • Proven work experience as a VoIP  Engineer or similar role, deploying Asterisk / Freeswitch and build VoIP services on top of them
  • Experience with administering, configuring, deploying software such as VoIP gateways, Softswitches and/or IP PBXs
  • Expertise in VoIP architectures and VoIP technologies, particularly Session Initiation Protocol (SIP)
  • Operations or systems administration experience, particularly on Linux
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP and other LAN/WAN protocols. Good knowledge of fundamental IP routing and switching protocols and technologies (NAT, QoS)
  • Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network problems or outages when they arise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (both over the phone and in writing) in Greek & English language
  • Strong in analytical thinking and problem solving in order to investigate and troubleshoot problems and performance issues
  • Terraform / Terraspace knowledge on AWS Cloud
  • programming skills for automating tasks (Golang, Python, Bash scripting)
  • Good knowledge of AWS Services

  • BSc/BA in relevant field
  • Experience MongoDB
  • Opensips Framework
  • Experience with 3CX based PBXs
  • Experience creating rest APIs
  • Experience in designing, configuring and implementing enterprise/carrier-grade VoIP based voice solutions
  • Experience with establishing small to medium network solutions including all phases from design, implementation and documentation
  • Experience with Docker containers
  • 3CX Call Flow Designer knowledge
