We are looking for an experienced Unified Communications Sales Executive to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with prospective customers (investigation of needs, explanation of telephony service packages, preparation of offers, follow up)
  • Serving new and existing VoIP telephony customers
  • Every day management of telephony issues in collaboration with the other departments of the company
  • Monitor telephone sales by extracting and analyzing new and existing customer statistics
  • Monitor industry developments and competitor actions
  • Pitching our products and services to prospective clients
  • Creating and organising appointments
  • New business field sales selling into SME and Corporate businesses
  • Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with partners
  • Meet and exceed targets and deliver sales through high levels of activity
  • Promoting the company and maintaining our company message at all opportunities

Job requirements

Must Have

  • At least 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Higher / Higher School Degree
  • Excellent use of written and spoken language in Greek and English
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High sense of duty
  • An excellent professional telephone manner
  • Well presented, confident and enthusiastic attitude
  • A friendly, personable and positive approach to prospective clients
  • A self-starter with the hunger and drive to achieve great results
  • Strong communications skills and ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in B2B sales preferably within the Telecoms industry
  • Full Driving Licence essential
