We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team.


Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy new VoIP PBXs (3CX based)
  • Provide pre-sales support to potential and existing customers
  • Provide after-sales technical support by email, telephone
  • Provide user training to customers & resellers
  • Design and deploy network infrastructure elements
  • Handle incidents and requests according to the established SLAs
  • Drafting and maintenance of technical documentation (network design, SOPs, User Guides, etc.) to support current procedures and processes
  • Ability to work in shifts (09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 13:00-21:00)

Job requirements

Must Have

  • Familiarity with VoIP and Networking
  • Understanding of VoIP technologies & IP networking
  • Excellent administrative, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • A positive attitude

Good to have

  • Familiarity with RouterOS (Mikrotik)
  • Familiarity with 3CX
  • Familiarity with Linux (Debian)
